Kajal Agarwal injured on sets Heroine Kajal Agarwal was injured today at a shooting spot. She was shooting in Chennai where she was shooting for a tamil film. Kajal Agarwal and hero Vinay were shooting for a tamil film in which the hero has to throw a knife on the heroine. Vinay threw it on Kajal and she accidentally got hit by the knife on her head. She sustained minor injuries on her head and was recovered after first-aid. Kajal Agarwal resumed shooting after first - aid was done and also recovered by evening.
